Virtual conference cancellations must be in writing to http://support.kingpaq.com by Monday, 19 February 2024. After this date, no cancelations will be accepted.
If you have already registered and paid your registration in full, you are not eligible for a discount at a later date. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
NOTE: If ISACA must cancel a course or event, liability is limited solely to the registration fees paid. ISACA is not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees.
Registration and Payment Policy
Registration for the event is not confirmed until full payment is received. Outstanding balances are due by the start of the conference. Access to the event will not be allowed until all fees have been paid in full. ISACA reserves the right to cancel your registration if we do not receive payment by the start of the event. All pricing is listed in USD.
Registration rate is determined by the date payment is received by ISACA HQ and current membership status. Discounts are only applicable to registrations that are completed online and applied at the time of registration. Only one promo code may be applied to an individual registration. Promo codes may not be combined and will not be applied retroactively.
Wire Transfers
Please note, wire can take 10 to 14 business days to be received. If received after the discount expiration, attendee is subject to additional cost.

Date of wire; Amount of wire; Registrant’s name; Sales Order number; Conference name
Discounts
ISACA Virtual Conference 2024 will be offering discounts for groups. If you have a group and are eligible for one of this discount, please reach out to http://support.kingpaq.com for more information.
Groups – Chapters or Organizations registering 5 or more employees/individuals to a single conference are eligible for a group discount. Please provide names and ISACA ID numbers when requesting this discount. If your organization requires a group invoice, please contact us at http://support.kingpaq.com. In order to provide an invoice, please have sales orders for all attendees and ID numbers when contacting support. All attendees must fill out their own order form online and may select pay later for an invoice within the registration system.
Any paperwork or documentation that is requested by an attendee or organization for ISACA to complete may take up to 14 business days.

When you register for the conference as a nonmember, the difference between member and nonmember conference fees can be applied towards ISACA membership. This means you can become a member at the international and chapter level for little to no additional cost; it just depends on your local chapter dues. NOTE: This offer expires 30 days after completion of the event. Nonmembers pay the nonmember conference fee when registering.
